Your competitors are invisible in AI search. And they don’t know it

Something I think about a lot (maybe too much) is how much opportunity there is right now for brands who just show up.

But with that comes a caveat that most businesses are completely blind to:

Just because you exist online doesn’t mean AI will find you.

You have to be intentional about it.

AI tools prioritise clear, structured, and helpful information first.

That means no adverts, no special treatment, and no fluff.

But without the right things in the right places, you’re invisible.

  • No FAQs? You’re invisible.
  • No clear service area? Invisible.
  • No reviews? Definitely invisible.

Ask ChatGPT right now, “Who’s the best [your business type] in [your city]?”.

If you’re not mentioned, then you have a decade-defining opportunity to win the AI discovery race.

And if your competitors aren’t mentioned?
